Sharon X. Aguilera is head of the Real Estate Practice. Ms. Aguilera has represented sellers and purchasers of commercial and residential property as well as landlords, tenants, and borrowers, who are in residential mortgage foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Aguilera’s clients have included applicants pre-qualified with the City of Chicago, such as the Chicago Partnership for Affordable Neighborhood Buyer. She also handles immigration and litigation matters that include deportation defense, among others.

Ms. Aguilera received her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School where she was elected President of The John Marshall Hispanic Law Student Associationand wasa staff writer for The John Marshall Decisive Utterance.   Ms. Aguilera was also instrumental in launching the first Student-Alumni Exchange, a networking event at Chicago for The John Marshall Law School. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association
